Whether in yoga, breathwork, podcasting, or yoga teacher training, I am profoundly grateful for the space people have entrusted me to hold for them as they explore what it means to be themselves.
I believe in intentionality in everything that I do and this applies to all of my coaching and healing practices.
The most transformative power lies in meeting yourself deeply.
My philosophy is self improvement from a place of self-love, not self-hatred. I’m not here to change you or fix you. Instead, I’m here to help you peel back the layers of everything you’re not to uncover the amazing human you already are.

Energizing and relaxing techniques can be used anywhere anytime whereas trauma-releasing techniques are a guided experience. Check out my breathwork page for more info.
